Alana Yazzie, known as The Fancy Navajo, is a lifestyle and food blogger and cookbook author who celebrates her Navajo heritage through contemporary cuisine and culture. Originally from Northwest New Mexico, she now resides in Phoenix, Arizona. In 2014, she launched her blog, The Fancy Navajo, to share recipes, fashion, and gardening tips infused with Navajo traditions.
Alana will be visiting the library to talk about her new book "The Modern Navajo Kitchen". Join us for this amazing opportunity to expand your cultural knowledge on Navajo cuisine.
