Romance Readers - Weddings In-Person
Forget what you know about traditional book groups: instead of reading the same book and discussing it, we're going to be reading a book that has the same theme. For Romance Readers, it will be a subgenre/trope of the large Romance Genre. Popular romance subgenres include Regency Romance, Cowboy Romance, Paranormal Romance, Christian Romance, and Dark Romance. For this meeting, read a Wedding Romance (or 2!) and come prepared to discuss how it fits within the Romance Genre! Weddings play a crucial role in these romances, whether the main characters are getting married, or trying to get someone married. Features all of the things you love (or hate!) about weddings.
